Custom Injection Molding

Our plastic molding company  specializes in producing 100 to 100,000 pieces per order. Our complimentary services to you on each project will include free part design advice, help with plastic material selection, and a target cost plan for your tooling and production.

Injection Molding Tools

As a plastic molded parts manufacturer, all of our molds are manufactured in-house and maintained by our mold builders. Lead times for building molds and sending samples range from 5 days to 5 weeks. Our unlimited tool life warranty means you will never see another tooling cost for the life of your project.

Prototype Injection Molding

Our prototype molds deliver production quality plastic prototypes quickly. Prototypes can help you reduce design risk before building multi-cavity molds, and they can bridge small production runs to reduce overall costs.

Design and Engineering

With our knowledge of plastic part design, we offer CAD services to produce 3D files from your 2D drawings or sketches. These support services are usually free of charge for all our purchasing customers.
